Screw type fittings connection method
Apply soap-water or nonpoisonous oil to screw parts and each part of union. Cap, Pusher and O-Ring should be pushed to point of the twice length of pipe diameter in an orderly manner.
Cross section of pipes should be pushed toward the center of body to the maximum degree.
O-Ring and Pusher should be most closely contacted to the body.
Cap and body should be connected using tightening loop.
At that time, pipe shouldn't be pushed away and it is proper that screw part should have the spare 1~2 laps.
After separating connected cap from body and checking O-Ring was combined between pipe and body, widened stopper is inserted into connection tube.
After connecting cap to body following the above 3 process, Each cap is tightened once more.
